One off-campus student housing community at Auburn University has undergone a major transformation, including $ 1.5 million in upgrades and renovations, and a brand new name.
The 756-bed Tiger Lodge at Auburn, formerly University Heights, now features a completely renovated clubhouse with a multi-media lab, large fitness center with brand new, top-of-the-line equipment, resort-style pool area, renovated outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, landscape and building enhancements, as well as upgraded CCTV cameras with increased coverage and quality and major boosts to the high-speed Internet.
The changes were initiated when the community was sold in January 2013 to an affiliate of Realco Capital Partners.
